Terms of Service — Australia

1. Operator and service

The service prepares a primary legal-document draft from information and files supplied by the customer. It does not provide representation and does not create a lawyer-client relationship.

2. Australian jurisdiction

1. Provide the relevant state or territory, Commonwealth context, court, tribunal, agency or other forum when known.
2. Commonwealth, state and territory law must not be mixed without a verified jurisdictional basis.
3. If a mandatory official form, filing portal, service method, limitation period or procedural deadline applies, current official instructions must be checked before use.
4. The customer must review names, addresses, case numbers, dates, requested relief, exhibits, legal references, service requirements and deadlines before filing or sending a document.

3. Order and revision

1. The primary document, selected version and complete price are shown before payment.
2. One order covers one primary document unless the checkout expressly states otherwise.
3. One focused revision within the purchased scope is included.
4. Do not make a second payment for the same order while payment confirmation or technical recovery is pending.

4. Australian Consumer Law

Where the Australian Consumer Law applies, the service is supplied subject to consumer guarantees and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms, the recovery process or any voucher is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a non-excludable guarantee, right or remedy.
